A controlled, slow-mid paced session perfect for full body toning and increased flexibility. An emphasis will be placed on gaining control of your breathing whilst working through different positions to gain maximum benefit to the core conditioning aspects of the session. A blend of Yoga, Pilates and Supple Strength Training, this is the perfect workout for all ages and abilities.
